Gladys grew up in the hilly region of Chikmagalur amongst Coffee Plantation. She holds a MBA specializing in Marketing.
Drawing upon her roots in the hilly coffee plantations of Chikmagalur, Gladys combined her strong business acumen with a deep-seated passion for agriculture and community engagement. After years of driving revenue growth in major corporations through strategic marketing and communications roles, she is now pivoting her extensive experience towards Eco-Tourism.
Her goal is to bridge the gap between traditional agricultural practices and modern market demands, using her skills to engage with local communities and consumers alike, fostering sustainable growth and connection within the agricultural sector.

Sanjay comes with over 25 years of Corporate experience, having worked in some of the leading Global companies in customer facing roles he co-founded Smarika Ventures with a focus on Agro Tourism, Corporate Trainings / Events, Small Format Family Functions.
Goal is to build a sustainable organization which has a impact in the society we live in.
